The Pulse Specialty division are delighted to announce the launch of a new PA and Travel binding agreement with Canopius Syndicate at Lloyd’s.

The new facility enables the team to continue to offer top quality products backed by A rated security, including cover for covid 19 related medical expenses and repatriation. The relationship will also allow the team to continue to broaden their appetite and help brokers place even the most unusual of risks.

Joe Balsom, Head of Specialty said ‘The Covid pandemic has presented a number of large challenges for the insurance market but the travel sector has been affected more than others. Our existing markets did not always rise to these challenges and left us in a difficult position with regards to providing the best possible cover for our brokers and clients.’

‘However I am delighted to announce that we have secured an incredible, new agreement with Canopius at Lloyd’s. We found them to share the same underwriting philosophy as Pulse and were keen to actually help brokers and ultimately clients, rather than place unnecessary barriers in the way.’
