Pulse Insurance Specialty unit Ready for Business

Following our recent announcement regarding the launch of the new Specialty unit in London, Pulse Insurance is pleased to confirm that the division is now fully operational and ready to write business!

Senior Underwriter, Joe Balsom, has arranged a comprehensive Binding Agreement with a syndicate at Lloyd’s and has full authority to write business on their behalf.

The idea behind the new division is to offer flexibility and high service standards, combined with excellent wordings and competitive pricing.

Pulse can also offer brokers a route to access the Lloyd’s market for risks which fall outside the standard binder parameters, such as those requiring very high sums insured or those in jurisdictions outside of the United Kingdom or European Union.

Joe Balsom explained, “We will be looking to write all aspects of PA and Travel business ranging from clerical class 1 risks, right the way through to the other end of the spectrum including visits to war zones and maritime security”.

Pulse’s Managing Director, Torquil McLusky added, “We believe that our offering is unique in the market place as we can facilitate virtually all risks in this arena. Coupled with our renowned non-standard life capabilities, we feel that we are now genuinely a one-stop shop enabling brokers to fulfil all of their client’s insurance requirements”.

Remember, “When the computer says no!  Talk to Pulse.”
