Pulse Insurance Limited (Pulse) is delighted to announce that John Blundell has been appointed as Chairman of Pulse, subject to regulatory approval, having served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director since October 2020. Paul Sandilands steps down as executive Chairman but remains on the Board as a NED. John brings with him a wealth of insurance leadership experience, in his past roles as Managing Director of Ecclesiastical Insurance, Sterling Insurance Group and St Andrew’s Group

Pulse has built a reputation for its specialist work, providing Life Assurance, Accidental Death and other insurance protection products, for individuals and groups who cannot get the cover required from the standard Market.

In the recent past Pulse has expanded the services and product range it provides following the establishment of its Specialty Team, and the acquisition of STB Insurance Brokers, enabling us to branch out into Personal Accident, Business Travel, Kidnap & Ransom and various Sports Liability covers.
