If your policy number ends with a T (i.e PGT XXXXX T) you can access the suite of services available.
The Healix Travel Oracle App is your ultimate travel safety companion. Developed by leading security and medical experts, it provides you with the most up to date travel information and advice, as well as real time alerts on breaking news globally.
Installation and Registration
The Healix Travel Oracle App can be downloaded onto your smart phone from the Apple App store or Google Play store. Please find terms and conditions here. Click the links below to download.
Register as a new user with the policy number for the scheme, which can be provided on request.
Your password must be:
- Between 8-20 characters
- Contain at least one upper and lower case letter
- At least one number and a character from the following: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) – + ? | = } { : ; ” ,
In the Profile and Documents section a photo of the front page of your policy schedule can be saved, thus providing you with access to your Pulse policy number in the event of an emergency. You can also store personal information such as name, D.O.B, and passport number. This data is stored solely on your device and will be deleted if you uninstall the app. You can also set a personal PIN to protect these documents.
The app allows travellers to easily request emergency assistance or send a mayday alert to Healix and a designated person such as a family member or HR representative.
There is also comprehensive pre travel advice including Personal and Property Security, Security Advice for Female Travellers, Natural Hazards and Identity Protection as well as access to Healix’s Travel Angel e-learning modules.
The app can also provide you with global incident alerts.
Access to the Travel Oracle Portal (Link) is also provided.
Healix Travel Oracle portal is designed to provide you with the best up-to-date information and alerts about your travel destination. It offers complete country guides to give you in depth knowledge about your location, as well as tips and training on how to stay safe while overseas.
- Complete Registration Form to create an account
- Enter Policy Number
- Click “Register”
