Best Specialist Intermediary at the Cover Excellence Awards 2016.

COVER Magazine is delighted to have awarded Pulse Insurance the award of ‘Best Specialist Intermediary’ at the Cover Excellence Awards 2016.

Pulse Insurance may be a small firm but it carries a large footprint in the protection intermediary market.

The entry stood out because of how Pulse Insurance conveyed its expertise in non-standard cases, some of which had been declined beforehand.

The entry highlighted a number of interesting underwriting decisions and how the firm had gone above and beyond to secure life cover for unusual cases that would not have found coverage elsewhere.

The judges were particularly impressed by the narrative and structure of the entry. It really bought to life what a difference the company makes, including a discussion of how Pulse Insurance secured life assurance for people going to Sierra Leone who were at risk of contracting the Ebola virus.
